Prior to establishing his own firm, he honed his skills as the Portfolio Manager and Chief Operating Officer at ATA Financial Group, a public accounting and investment firm. This role allowed him to develop a deep understanding of portfolio management and operational excellence. Even earlier in his career, Mark's entrepreneurial spirit shone through as he owned and operated a residential and commercial mortgage company, giving him invaluable insights into the real estate and lending sectors.

Mark's academic pursuits reflect his global perspective and analytical prowess. He earned a Master of Science degree in International Banking & Finance from the University of Salford, complementing it with a graduate certification in Corporate Financial Analysis from the University of Melbourne. These international credentials, coupled with his Series 7 and Series 66 investment licenses, provide him with a robust foundation to tackle complex financial challenges.

While building his financial practice, Mark's leadership abilities found another avenue for expression. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of TWG Security, a leading provider of security technology solutions based in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Under his guidance, TWG Security achieved remarkable growth, earning a place on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list for three consecutive years.

Throughout his career, Mark's dedication and expertise have not gone unnoticed. He has been honored with several awards, including being named one of Lehigh Valley Business' Forty under 40 and being recognized as a CFO of The Year Finalist. The rapid growth of TWG Security under his leadership also garnered multiple accolades, with the company being named one of Lehigh Valley Business' Fastest Growing Companies for six consecutive years from 2014 to 2019.

Despite his professional accomplishments, Mark maintains a strong focus on family and personal growth. He resides in Macungie, PA, where he cherishes time spent with his three children - Mark, Mia, and Marlo. In the quiet moments between client meetings and strategy sessions, Mark finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. He can often be found with his nose buried in a book, exploring new ideas and perspectives. Physical fitness is another passion, as he believes in maintaining a healthy balance between mind and body.
